Connect Grafana when your team uses it as the shared source of truth for dashboards, alerting, and operational annotations.

When to use it

  • inspect dashboards and panel definitions while debugging an incident
  • review alert rules and current alert instances without leaving the task
  • pull annotation history and data source context into monitoring-heavy investigations

How setup works

Admins connect Grafana from Settings > Integrations with the Grafana instance URL and a shared service account token.

What to expect

The current Grafana integration is read-only. It gives Roomote monitoring context during a task, but it does not create dashboards, edit alerts, or change Grafana configuration.
